RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Raven Whimsy, every item is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering!

We do make it right if something goes wrong. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at raven.whimsy.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — no hassle, no drama.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
